Refund policy

1. Digital Products (Online Courses)

All our products are digital and delivered electronically.
Once you gain access to a course, you immediately receive the full digital content.
Because of this, we do not offer refunds after the course access has been granted.

By purchasing a course, you expressly agree that:

  • The 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply once digital content has been made available to you.

  • You waive your right of withdrawal under § 356 Abs. 5 BGB (German Civil Code).

We always want you to be satisfied with your learning experience.
If you have technical issues accessing your course or believe something is wrong with your purchase, please contact us at info@bosidev.com — we’ll be happy to help resolve it.


2. Pre-Orders or Upcoming Courses

If you purchase a course that has not yet been released, you may cancel your order and receive a full refund until the release date.
After the course content has been made available, the digital product is considered delivered and the refund policy above applies.


3. Business Customers (B2B)

Refunds for business purchases are not available, except in cases of proven technical failure on our part that prevents course access.


4. Exceptions

We may offer a voluntary refund in special cases, at our sole discretion, for example:

  • Duplicate purchases

  • Accidental multiple charges

  • Proven technical issues that prevent access for more than 7 days

To request a review, email info@bosidev.com within 14 days of purchase, including your order number and a brief description of your issue.
