About the Academy

Why I Created This Academy

My journey began when the Corona virus hit in 2020.

Out of curiosity and plane boredom I wanted to teach myself how to code. I was always someone who wanted to learn stuff by myself so that was not the problem. After learning HTML, CSS and Javascript my old workplace offered me a new job: that was to handle their Shopify online shop.

But here was where it got tricky: There were no real ressources on learning Shopify dev specifically!

There are a lot of Youtube tutorials, but its hard to get a hang of everything. Also the quality of the content was not the best.

After 3 years of working as a Shopify dev freelancer and seeing the potential of working in the Shopify space i made the decision:

Why not build a course on teaching others Shopify Liquid in a simple, approachable and practical way. The idea was born :)

What is the Bosidev Academy?

The Bosidev Academy is build for people that want to get serious about becoming a Shopify developer and make this their career.

This is not a traditional video-only course platform but instead you work hands on to get the knowledge you need.\

Choose between the full course or individual modules to start your journey.

What will I learn?

You will learn all the skills to become an expert Shopify developer and making a career out of it. This includes:

Which skills do I need to start?

For now it is recommended to have basic knowledge of HTML, CSS and Javascript. In the future I will also create these modules but for now they are not existent.

There are plenty of resources to learn these. Just head to YouTube or go to codecademy.com where I did my first steps in Web development.

How do I access my content?
